Honestly speaking, I was pretty shocked when I found out that JB was taking drugs and marijuana. But then maybe it's common for all celebrities.
But with his police record of hitting people, spitting on fans and now this new case, becoming stronger, I'm, starting to doubt his character and mental status.
Justin Bieber will be charged Wednesday with misdemeanor vandalism for egging his neighbor's house.
The L.A. County District Attorney will file the charge ... after months of trying to decide whether to file the case as a misdemeanor or a felony.

I hope he undergoes at least some treatment or he should take up counselling because he can't continue like this. His behavior is insulting for all his fans (even though as long as he looks cute and sings songs they don't particularly care).
